Admission to the Underground Section
In order to ensure a pleasant viewing environment, the number of visitors to the basement of the "The Swimming Pool" is limited.
To enter the underground section, you must purchase a ticket for the exhibition (see bottom of this page) and make a reservation on the waiting list (reservations begin at 9:00 a.m. on the day of admission).
Please note that the time spent in the underground section is limited to 5 minutes.
Reservations on the waiting list on the day of admission
Reservations are accepted from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (7:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays) on the same day.

[2] In-Facility Reservation Machines
You can make a reservation for the same-day waiting list at the reservation machine located at the General Information desk at the Honda Street entrance.
After making a reservation, you can check the estimated time of your call by reading the 2D barcode printed on the paper output from the reservation machine.
Notes
*Reservations cannot be made before 9:00 a.m. on the day of your visit.
*Reservations will be closed when the maximum number of reservations available for each time slot is reached.
*Please come to "Exhibition Room 6" when you are called. Please note that your reservation will be automatically cancelled after 20 minutes from the time you are called.
*Please include preschool children (except those who cannot stand and walk by themselves, such as 0-year-olds) in the number of reservations.
*Please refrain from making multiple reservations on behalf of travel agents. (The museum reserves the right to cancel reservations at its discretion.)

The entrance to the underground section of "The Swimming Pool" is located within the collection exhibition area, so it is necessary to purchase a ticket.

Same-day ticket sales counter will be crowded on weekends and consecutive holidays.
